What is the education of a chiropractor?

 

A chiropractor completes 2-4 years of pre-chiropractic undergraduate work and 4 years at an accredited professional program.  They must pass 4 national board examinations & a state board examination in order to become licensed doctors of chiropractic.

 

 

 

 

What does a chiropractor do?

 

 Chiropractors are first-contact health care providers specializing in the conservative treatment of musculoskeletal disorders

such as:  back pain, neck pain,

 & headaches.  Chiropractors also provide instruction regarding injury prevention and

self-care.
